  • 1. Order your drinks at the iPad.

    Just inside, you’ll find two self-serve tablets where you can easily place your orders.

  • 2. Purchase your matcha powder & other retail at the counter.

    Matcha, brewing tools, and other retail items are available for purchase directly at the front. A barista will be happy to check you out through our express checkout.

  • 3. Get a Text When Your Order Is Ready

    Before ordering, you’ll be asked for your phone number so we can text you when your order is ready. No need to wait around — perfect for busy hours.

  • 4. Fair Queue Policy

    From 4–6 PM on weekends, we turn off mobile ordering to ensure a fair, in-person queue experience for all guests—whether you're inside or waiting nearby.
