Standard Delivery

Standard delivery fee is $10 for all coffee purchases. Free shipping for all order over $40. Orders are processed & shipped within 24 hours, and items typically arrive 5-7 business days from the day of shipment. Please note that deliveries may take longer to process during peak periods due to high volume. Only under unforeseen circumstances would possible delays occur. If your order has not arrived within 7 business days, please contact us via email at hello@wuweicoffee.com

International Shipping

At the present time international shipping is limited to the USA. Shipping rates for all international USA orders will be calculated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Whole Bean & Ground Coffee
Coffee is perishable and roasted to order, for that reason we're unable to accept returns on coffee. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact our customer experience team at hello@wuweicoffee.com within 14 days of your purchase. If there was an error with your order, or if you are dissatisfied with your coffee. We’d love to help you find something delicious.
 
All Other Merchandise
If you are dissatisfied with your order in any way, please don’t
hesitate to reach out to our customer experience team about a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase by emailing us at hello@wuweicoffee.com. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase,unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
