You’ll earn points on every purchase made through Wu Wei Coffee Mobile or in-store when you provide your rewards account at checkout.

Redeeming your points is simple! When you come in-store, just tap the Rewards option at checkout and enter your phone number. Any available rewards tied to your account will automatically appear. All you have to do is select the one you’d like to use, and it will be applied to your order instantly.

Our online store is hosted separately through Shopify. At this time, Wu Wei Coffee Rewards points are only earned on in-store purchases and 'Wu Wei Mobile' ordering for in-store pickup.

Online store purchases do not currently add to your in-store rewards balance.

Points can be redeemed for discounts, free drinks, exclusive offers, and other special member-only perks.

Points remain active for 12 months from the date they are earned. After that, unused points will expire.

In most cases, rewards cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. Any exceptions will be clearly noted in the offer details.

Points are not awarded when buying a gift card, but you will earn points when using a Wu Wei Coffee gift card to pay for your order.
