FIELD FAQ

How did the idea for FIELD come about?

It started with a question we kept hearing at our Kensington Market store: “Do you guys do events?”

After countless requests, we decided it was time to make that a reality. But we wanted to challenge ourselves to bring the same quality, consistency, and attention to detail you experience in-store, wherever we go.

That meant developing a fully self-sustaining mobile system—one that's compact, efficient, easy to deploy, and designed to operate with minimal disruption to your space.

After refining our craft and operations at our Kensington Market flagship, we felt ready to take what we've learned beyond our four walls.

FIELD is our answer to that challenge. Same Wu Wei experience. A whole new setting.

What types of events is FIELD designed for?

FIELD is designed for private events, corporate gatherings, brand activations, pop-ups, and creative experiences. Whether you're hosting an intimate gathering or a larger event, we'll work with you to explore the right setup for your space.

Does FIELD require access to plumbing or electricity?

FIELD operates without fixed plumbing, thanks to its independent water system. However, we do require access to a standard 110V electrical outlet to power our equipment.

Our compact, self-contained setup is designed for minimal disruption, and we'll review the available facilities with you during event planning.

Can we customize the drink menu?

Absolutely. Our in-house drink developer can help create a curated matcha and coffee menu tailored to your event, audience, or brand. Custom drink concepts and seasonal offerings can be explored during planning.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend reaching out as early as possible, particularly for larger events or custom menus. FIELD is currently accepting enquiries for upcoming events, and availability will be confirmed individually.

How does ordering work at an event?

Guests can order directly from their phones through a fully digital, cashless experience. FIELD is designed to keep ordering simple and service moving, without traditional checkout queues.”
