Introducing: The Iced Blueberry Hojicha Cloud

Some drinks are built around a flavour.
This one started with a feeling.

A summer afternoon. A quiet table.
Something small, thoughtful—like a charcuterie board shared slowly.

That idea stayed with us.

And it became the Iced Blueberry Hojicha Cloud.

Some drinks are built around a flavour.
This one started with a feeling.

A summer afternoon. A quiet table.
Something small, thoughtful—like a charcuterie board shared slowly.

That idea stayed with us.

And it became the Iced Blueberry Hojicha Cloud.

A balance of depth, brightness, and texture

At its base is our hojicha—roasted, smooth, and grounding.
It carries warm notes of toasted grains and soft caramel, without the sharpness of traditional green tea.

Layered into that is a house-made blueberry blend—bright, slightly tart, and gently sweet. Just enough to lift the hojicha without overpowering it.

Then comes the cloud.

The cloud: something unexpected

Our cloud is made with a goat cheese cold foam.

It’s light, airy, and just a little savory—bringing a subtle tang that transforms the drink. Not heavy, not overwhelming—just enough to create contrast and depth.

The inspiration came directly from a charcuterie board:

  • Fruit
  • Cheese
  • Crunch
  • Balance

To finish, we add a pretzel cracker on top—something small, but intentional. A final touch that adds texture, salt, and a playful contrast.

A drink for all the senses

We wanted this to feel like more than just a drink.

Something you:

  • See (layered, soft, cloud-like)
  • Taste (sweet, tart, roasted, savory)
  • Feel (light foam, crisp cracker)
  • Experience slowly

It’s a familiar idea—blueberries and cheese on a warm day—but reimagined in a way that feels elevated, yet effortless.

Designed for summer, the Wu Wei way

This drink isn’t loud.

It’s subtle, layered, and a little unexpected—like most of the things we’re drawn to.

The Iced Blueberry Hojicha Cloud is our take on bringing together contrast and calm:
cool fruit, warm tea, soft foam, a touch of salt
