The Wu Wei Matcha Ritual

Matcha doesn’t need to be complicated.

What you’ll need

  • 1–2g Wu Wei Signature M2 Matcha
  • 60–70ml hot water (not boiling, ~80°C)
  • A whisk (or something to stir with)

How to prepare

  1. Sift your matcha
    This helps avoid clumps and creates a smoother texture.
  2. Add water
    Pour a small amount of hot water over the matcha.
  3. Whisk
    Use quick, gentle motions (an “M” shape works well) until a soft foam forms.
  4. Pause
    Let it settle for a moment before drinking.

Keep it simple

You can enjoy it as is, or:

  • Add milk for a softer, creamier cup
  • Sweeten lightly if you prefer

There’s no single “right” way—just what feels good to you.
